Return Policy
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchages. All Items Are Sold As Is.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments. This does not include shipping time.
Orders will only be shipped to a confirmed billing address provided during checkout. We will not ship to a separate confirmed shipping address until you have provided us a copy of your state issued drivers license and payment card.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
Layaway Policy
Eligibility
Layaway is available on select items priced $150 or more.
Consignment items may or may not qualify, depending on the seller agreement.
Deposit & Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing an item on layaway.
Payments must be made every 2 weeks toward the balance.
Layaway items must be paid in full within 60 days.
Pickup
Once the balance is paid in full, customers have 7 days to pick up their merchandise.
Items not picked up within this timeframe may be returned to sales floor.
Cancellations & Forfeits
Deposits are non-refundable.
If payments are not made as scheduled or if the balance is not paid in full within 60 days, the layaway will be cancelled and all payments forfeited.
Additional Terms
- Discounts, coupons, and promotions cannot be applied to existing layaway agreements.
- Layaway items are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
- Sneaker Summit reserves the right to modify or discontinue the layaway program at any time
